Flame-Processing
Flame processing applications are an integral part of the forming system like shear-mark re-heating or a rotating burner which processes the seam of plunger and ring in bottom plates of stemware or the conditioning station(s) in the blowing system, where the parison receives segmented heating and cooling impulse prior to blowing to electronically influence the wall thickness distribution of the glass during forming. As dedicated flame processing systems we provide both roundtable as well as oval systems and the design is very much part of the process requirements on the one hand but also the ware-handling strategy from forming to annealing lehr, available space and access areas for staff and vehicles. And there are certainly economic aspects of being mindful with the use of burner utilities and provide strategies to know and control what is required and how much is enough.
Rotary table system
The roundtable system features all servo-based adjustments including individual article positioning, indexing and rotation for every individual station. The burner functions are arranged in satellite stations provide precise positioning or intelligent motions or simply manual position adjustments, but at any rate the burners are equipped with an electronic burner utility monitoring and feedback.
Oval system
The oval system features all servo-based adjustments including the indexing of the chain drive while article positioning, indexing and rotation are grouped and controlled in segments. The burner functions are arranged in linear segments (with oscillating stations) and provide precise servo-based positioning or intelligent motions or simply manual positions, but at any rate the burners are equipped with an electronic burner utility monitoring and feedback.
