Casting, Semi-Manual Forming and Blowing of Heavy Articles
füller-blowing technologies have become a field with a multitude of technology solutions which may be combined in the most versatile way to meet the production targets in the best way. Applications range from technical blown and strengthened glass applications, impressive wine decanters, smart whiskey tumblers, very delicate stemware (see rotation blowing) as well as luxurious decanters, eccentric flacons, ultra-thin and strengthened bottles (see narrow-neck forming systems) as well as technology solutions for small and intricate production series for which we support – and use – the incredible craft skills of manual production processes that have evolved and matured over decades and provide premium pieces of (coloured) glass and crystal or that are impressive in size and weight for technical applications and apparatus.
füller-Feeder in combination with one (or more) single-station or rotary table systems to provide blanks for the subsequent glass conditioning and blowing step as well as robot supports on the factory floor.
- the füller-Feeder – in combination with a pre-shaping system – takes away the strenuous gathering and provides more consistent weights and glass homogeneity for a more stable forming
- standardized parison tooling - in combination with reproducible conditioning - allows to reach production productivity for new and small series direct and with low tool cost impact
- a versatile pasted mould and static blowing technology is competent to take on blanks from any source – may it be a neckring transfer or invert, robot or manual interface

Combined with
- füller-feeder and shears (allowing to close the orifice to provide long intervals in between two feeding cycles as well as providing massive glass weights)
- Infrared re-heating stations (for colour shells)
- füller-pasted mould or static blowing systems
- flame polishing
- strengthening technology
- … and certainly the MMC control
