Chemical Strengthening Process
Chemical Strengthening is not new and widely used. Our approach is, however, to provide a technology solution that allows to implement the processes into the hot-end of glass manufacturing and to overcome barriers that show up when trying to provide an implementation concept.
At the same time we believe that there can be a case for stand-alone solution and this requires an additional approach to understand the difference in behaviour between a hot and a heated glass during the strengthening process.
Independent chemical strengthening system
The chemical strengthening technology has been a joint development with the Keylab Glass at the University of Bayreuth and in Co-operation with Soul Bottles as the key application.

To grow our process expertise and experience and to gain all the insights which are necessary to provide a mature solution to industrial production lines, we have implemented an impact hub together with the Keylab Glass in Bayreuth
